You have mild glandular breast and nipple ptosis. This could result in a nice "natural" and fuller look with correctly chosen implant sizes and dimensions. Use a moderate plus style implant and ask for a Dual Plane internal breast lift to help correct some of the right nipple ptosis. Overall you should have a very nice result that you will be quite happy with!
